Alliance Dressing/Conference Rooms

The Alliance Youth Hockey Association provides opportunities for players, coaches, team managers, and board members to utilize our Meeting Rooms and Dressing Rooms at our practice rinks in Valley Ranch and Polar Ice Grapevine Mills for a variety of purposes.  As always and most importantly, the business of teaching and training youth hockey players is being conducted throughout the space whenever it is occupied.

In addition to the 6000 square feet we currently have at Valley Ranch, Alliance is pleased to announce that in the Fall of 2006 we will be adding approximately 1200 square feet of workout/training space and office area at Polar Ice in Grapevine.  We will also be renovating space for a new 14U Bantam AAA Dressing Room and showers at Polar Ice as well.  The layout of that new space will be provided here when it has been completed.

We are also currently expanding our use of the Valley Ranch space, with the addition of a new 18U Prep Dressing Room, and a new 12U AAA Dressing Room.  Combined with the new 14U AAA Room, and the existing 16U AAA Room, each of Alliance's top teams at each age group will now have their own dedicated dressing room.

While understanding the desire for parents and siblings to visit the area of the spaces we have in our facilities, we respectfully ask that NO parents or their children go into areas other than where they are supposed to meet unless specifically requested by a coach or board member

At Valley Ranch, when specifically asked to visit, parents are asked to enter the spaces through the door behind the benches of Rink 1.  We ask that you DO NOT use the outside door at the back of our facility, as that is an area of training and only players and coaches are to use that entrance.

Indicated below are the guidelines for the use of these areas of the Alliance facilities.  Click on the specific button above to see which team has which room reserved, on which day, and at what time.   Alliance Coaches, Team Managers, and Board Members may also make a request to reserve a room by clicking on the appropriate button.

  • When these teams are out of town, these rooms may be used by other Alliance Teams (when the main team is gone), as requested by the Team Coach or Manager via the Meeting/Dressing Rooms Reservation Request page.

Cleaning:

The Alliance Meeting Rooms, Dressing Rooms, and Training Rooms are great assets for our teams.   A consequence of the utilization
of these spaces is the need to keep them clean.  Alliance requires Bulldog players to participate in the maintenance of our facilities, as the development in youth hockey is not just about ice time, but also about team building and character development.

  • Each team will be expected to clean the room after they use one, and participate in periodic general cleanup activities

  • The 12UAAA, 16U AAA, & 18U Prep Dressing Rooms and associated showers will be cleaned by those respective teams all season.

We thank all the players and parents for their understanding and help making Alliance a quality organization and especially for their hard work and love for the game of hockey.
