Alliance Team Managers 2007-2008

Team Managers are responsible for the overall off-ice organization
of team related activities, travel arrangements, scheduling of
tournaments, games, and related officials and scorekeepers.
The Team Manager may assign these duties to others within the team
structure, but are responsible for the activities to be
accomplished.
The Manager is also responsible for the preparation of all team
related documents, game roster sheets, tournament application forms,
and preparation of all required USA Hockey documents for State,
District, and National Championship Tournaments.
The
Director of Team Managers
is responsible for providing each
individual Team Manager with an Alliance Team Manager notebook at
the beginning of each season, and for instructing them on it's use.

Game Reports
Just a reminder that Alliance requires that ALL game scores be reported as
soon as possible at 469-583-0428. If there is no answer,
please at a minimum, leave a voice mail with your name & number,
the Alliance Team Name, opponent (specifically), the score, and who won.
The rest of the information and game report can be emailed to
Rick Hall
at a
later or more convenient time.
If it will help you, you are encouraged to use the
Game Summary form that
will allow you to create a game report. The form can be filled
out as each goal is scored, or be filled out from looking at the official
score sheet after the game. Refer to the Web Site tab of your
Manager Manual for more detailed information about writing game reports.

We need the
information no later than the day after the game(s). Descriptions
of team and individual play(s) are welcome, but we do not need or want to
use player names.
Thanks for helping us keep everyone informed. People are interested in how
each of your teams are doing, win or lose, good or bad. We appreciate your
help.
