Alliance Team Managers 2005-2006

Team Managers are responsible for the overall off-ice organization
of team related activities, travel arrangements, scheduling of
tournaments, games, and related officials and scorekeepers.
The Team Manager may assign these duties to others within the team
structure, but are responsible for the activities to be
accomplished.
The Manager is also responsible for the preparation of all team
related documents, game roster sheets, tournament application forms,
and preparation of all required USA Hockey documents for State,
District, and National Championship Tournaments.
The Director of Team Managers is responsible for providing each
individual Team Manager with an Alliance Team Manager notebook at
the beginning of each season, and for instructing them on it's use.

Game Reports
Just a reminder that we require that ALL game scores be reported as
soon as possible at the number indicated below. If there is no answer,
please at a minimum, leave a voice mail with your name & number,
the teams, the score, and who won. The rest of the
information for a game report can be emailed or called in at a
later or more convenient time.
If it will help you, you are encouraged to use the
Game Summary form that
will allow us (or you) to create a game report. The form can be filled
out as each goal is scored, or be filled out from looking at the official
score sheet after the game.
If you are not writing your own reports, please email the form for each game
to allianceweb@comcast.net.
Whether you are writing your own reports or emailing the form, we need the
information no later than the day after the game(s). Descriptions
of team and individual play(s) are welcome, but we do not need or want to
use player names.
Thanks for helping us keep everyone informed. People are interested in how
each of your teams are doing, win or lose, good or bad. We appreciate your
help.
